Basic but Adequate Stay
outdated room damaged bed frame
My room felt quite outdated. The bathroom fixtures showed signs of wear, including some rust. I also noticed the bed frame had some damage. These issues affected the overall impression of the room.

wonderful stay, great hosts
clean accommodation fine air b b on street parking
the accommodation is very clean and friendly. the air b&b i stayed in was fine. car parks are nearby and on street parking is available too.
the breakfast wasn't hot enough one morning. i had to get it reheated. it was only warm not hot.

the hotel provides easy access to the central pier. the beach is very near, perfect for short walks. many local attractions are within walking distance of the hotel also.

the hosts are very friendly and accommodating. they go out of their way to. communication was excellent, and i felt very welcome throughout my stay.

the double room i stayed in was lovely and clean. the bed had clean linen. the en suite facilities were really nice. it was a quiet room at the back of the hotel.

peeling wallpaper missing battery cover
The staff seemed friendly enough. That's about all i can say.
My room, a twin room, felt quite dated. the wallpaper was peeling in several places, and the bathroom had a strange smell. also, the television remote was missing a battery cover. It was just taped on, which felt a bit cheap

quality food english breakfast
The breakfast matched my expectations. The staff cooked a great full English breakfast. I found that food was top quality. The Kenco coffee was much better than the usual Nescafé.
The room needed some refurbishment.
